ICSA: The Governance Institute have published a guidance note on the electronic signatures and what companies and directors should consider when they are required to sign documentation on behalf of the company.
The guidance note gives practical guidance on electronic signatures including:
• Execution of Documents Electronically
• Signing under the company seal
• Minutes & Resolutions in Writing
• Financial Statements
The Companies Registration Office continue to require CRO forms to be originally signed or use ROS Certificate.
