All companies are required to have at least one member and depending on the company type, they are also the shareholders in the company. A CLG does not have shares so there are just members of the company.
Who are the subscribers
The subscribers to the constitution of a company shall be deemed to have agreed to become members of the company, and, on the incorporation of the company, shall be entered as members in its register of members as the first members of the company. The subscribers are the first members (shareholders) of a company.
The subscribers can be an individual or a body corporate.
