The Companies (Small Company Administrative Rescue Process and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2021 was published on 11th May 2021. CRO Extend Filing Deadline It is nice to be able to start off our newsletter with some good news! The CRO have announced that they are unable to process submissions or answer queries due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are unsure yet how long this will last for (until the 14 April at a minimum) and what the impact will be on filing deadlines, company formations and other submissions. We will provide an update
