Guide for Directors of Owners’ Management Companies (OMC’s)

Chartered Accountants Ireland and The Housing Agency have published a new guide “Owners’ Management Companies – A Concise Guide for Directors”.

The guide identifies ten considerations for directors of the bodies that manage the shared spaces and services of multi-unit developments such as apartments and housing estates.
