Joining CLS Chartered Secretaries in 2015, Company Secretarial Assistant Elaine is originally from Co. Mayo. An Associate of the ICSA: The Governance Institute, Elaine holds a degree in General and Corporate Administration (Waterford Institute of Technology). Working in the Company Secretarial industry for 20 years, Elaine gained in-depth experience as Company Secretary and Corporate Compliance Specialist in the company secretarial departments of leading law and accountancy firms in Dublin. Elaine has additionally undertaken the roles of Assistant Manager and Manager with an Award-Winning Business Law Firm. In CLS, Elaine is particularly involved in corporate reorganisations and compliance services. Elaine is an accomplished marathon runner, having completed four Dublin marathons to date, and she is also qualified yoga teacher.
