Joining the firm in early 2017, Company Secretarial Consultant Sinead is from Co. Kildare. With a B.A. in Business and Legal Studies (Waterford Institute of Technology) under her belt, Sinead has recently become a graduate of the ICSA: The Governance Institute. Before taking up her role in CLS Sinead gained extensive experience from her roles with firms such as PwC and Ulster Bank in the areas of Company Secretarial practice, governance and compliance. Sinead enjoys sharing her passion for travel with her husband and three children.
