Prior to joining CLS Chartered Secretaries in 2024, Luke gained in-depth experience on the Company Secretarial team of a leading law firm in Dublin assisting a large portfolio of corporate clients with corporate governance and compliance queries. Luke’s background is in commercial and corporate law with a strong focus on risk management and Anti-Money Laundering. Luke is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Griffith College and is an Associate of The Irish Institute of Legal Executives. Originally from Dublin, Luke relocated to Kildare in late 2021. When not in the office, Luke can typically be found in the gym or the kitchen and loves spending time with his dog Alfie.
