Last week CRO announced the timelines for the transition to the new CORE Portal. The last date for receipt of signature pages by the CRO is Monday the 7th December 2020 otherwise the signature pages will not be processed.
In order for us to process CRO documentation we will have to receive the signed signature pages no later than Friday 4th December 2020.
There appears to be delays in the postal system so if you are posting documentation I would recommend using Express Post as this guarantees a date for delivery. The CRO offices are still closed so documents cannot be hand delivered or sent by courier.
If signature pages are not returned before the deadline, companies will have to wait until the new portal is launched on the 16th December 2020 and new forms will have to be generated and signed again.
