Conor Sweeney

Founder and Managing Director of CLS Chartered Secretaries, Conor Sweeney is a native of Co. Wexford. Conor, A graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology, Conor trained and qualified as a Chartered Secretary in the Corporate Legal Advisory department of KPMG. He has extensive experience in advising companies and directors on all aspects of Company Law and Company Secretarial practice. Along with having a number of published articles, Conor is an experienced speaker in the areas of Company Law and Company Secretarial practice and has presented on behalf of all the Accounting Institutes, The Law Society, the Institute of Directors and ICSA: The Governance Institution. He is a past President of ICSA Ireland. Conor is an avid sports fan, and when he isn’t spending time with his three children he can usually be found on the golf course, in the gym, watching sport or going to live gigs.
