Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021

The Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 was passed in December and the main purpose of the Act is to provide for the establishment of the Corporate Enforcement Authority to replace the ODCE. The Act also contains some important amendments to the Companies Act 2014.
