We are monitoring the Companies Registration Office advice on filing deadlines and they have advised that the public office in Dublin is closed so all submissions should be sent by post. If customers were planning on hand delivering signature pages on Friday 13th March they should instead post their signature pages and will be considered as received on time if received by close of business on Wednesday 18th March.
