We have Beneficial Ownership Templates that you can purchase on our website that will assist firms to comply with the Beneficial Ownership Regulations.
Quick Steps to access the BEN2 facility:
- Log in to the RBO Portal,
- Start new filing,
- Enter the company name/number,
- You will be asked if you have a PPSN or not.
- Click on the “No” option,
- Download or upload the BEN2

The completed Form BEN2 must be scanned and saved as a PDF, then uploaded on the RBO Portal. Enter the details as per Part 1 of the BEN2 onto the submission for an RBO Number and upload the scanned PDF copy of the completed BEN2.
The BEN2 form must be uploaded into the system and not posted to the CRO.
There are only 28 days to go so companies should ensure they file before the 22nd November 2019 deadline.
